Product Description

Materials process

1. The Pre-cutting Section (Top Diagram)

This part cuts large waste into small pieces.

Feeding belt: Sends the waste fabric/yarn into the machine.
Compressing belt: Holds the waste tightly so it does not slip.
Upper Knife & Fixed bottom knife: Act like scissors to cut the waste into small pieces.
Outlet: The cut pieces fall into the next part.

2. The Opening & Separating Section (Bottom Diagram)

This part tears the small pieces apart and cleans the fiber.

Feeding system: Sends the cut pieces into the machine.
Tearing cylinder: Spins fast with sharp teeth to tear open the waste.
Sieving drum: Sifts the fiber.It removes Dust, short fibres, and impurities.
Only clean Reclaimed fibres come out at the end.
